Limitation is not SR related and card in theory can go above 50000 ksps, but mostly 50000 ksps means also more than 111.6 Mbit/s - it's rarely used for DTH purposes and for data transmission complex modulations will automatically run above this limit. Your case is specific, high error correction rate might help.
