Might be related with this: viewtopic.php?f=58&t=25389
TBS 5927 is a USB 2.0 device and has got a bus speed limitation (~111.6 Mbit/s).
But on the other side - even with SR 51430 and 8PSK modulation, FEC 3/5 is providing a high rate of error correction, so final bitrate is really under 111.6 Mbit/s (useful bitrate shall be around 91,5 Mbit/s).
You can try to check lock with CrazyScan: https://sourceforge.net/projects/crazyscan/files/
Are you able to receive any other C-band channel from this satellite position?
Are you sure about MIS values? Lyngsat says that theres MIS 1 only, but I cannot check that. Wrong MIS will result with no lock.

thank you for your reply..

yes, i can receive other frequency both H/V at this ABS 2 75East.. with RECEIVER GTMEDIA V8UHD, V9 Prime, V7 HD, V7 Pro, even cheap receiver like XFLAT PLUS 9 and Hellobox 6 (old version).

MIS value i got from GTMEDIA V8UHD or V9 Prime ..

i need to know if TBS 5927 can handle symbol rate above 50K ??? does anybody confirm it ???

You've got a bit weird RF Level reads.
Please check if you've got the latest Windows drivers version installed 1.0.0.7.
For CrazyScan - try to use test release: https://sourceforge.net/projects/crazyscan/files/test/
If you did some changes to StreamReader.ini - try with default one.
5927 overally cannot go above 111.6 Mbit/s and will start to lose packets. The higher bitrate above that vaule - the more packets will be lost. Because if USB 2.0 speed limit. Limitation is not SR related and card in theory can go above 50000 ksps, but mostly 50000 ksps means also more than 111.6 Mbit/s - it's rarely used for DTH purposes and for data transmission complex modulations will automatically run above this limit. Your case is specific, high error correction rate might help.

Try to configure IQScan window in CrazyScan as below (remove BlindScan selection, put exact Symbol Rate, DVB-S2, then click on cat & fishes icon and show us the screenshot after a few seconds of running):

For usage on E2 receivers via USB, I've got no experience in this field.

Maybe not standard PLS code used. Flysat not provide any info about this transponder, Lyngsat show only ISI 1 and channel list.
https://www.flysat.com/en/satellite/position/74-9-e
https://www.lyngsat.com/ABS-2-2A.html

P.S. National Chips demods (listed GTMEDIA cheap STBs) can autodetect PLS code. Montage-tech demods also can autodetect PLS code (some new Android-based STBs and TBS 6904SE, 5930).

Thanks EnoSat, you're the best!
Everything's clear now.

Frequency is DVB-S2X.

S2X is not supported on TBS 5927.
