Yes, you were right at the beginning, I just had some doubts in my satellite dish system and needed to check this, sorry about wasting your time. I've already sent an e-mail to euro_support@tbsdtv.com.

Just to finish up the topic - the card was replaced several days ago and now I am another happy user of TBS6981, surely expecting more great products from TBS.
