TBS 6981 remote control on Windows 8.1 MCE

Can't seem to find any instructions or drivers for getting the "TBS 6981 remote control" working on Windows 8 MCE. I have installed the driver and the tbsviewer, the Satellite receiver is working fine.
When I go into the remote tab on TBSViewer it appears to be disable?
