Hi,
I have latency almost 4000ms. I'm using linux open source drivers, Debian 10. I have same results using Astra and DVBlast.
Hw:
Motherboard: Z390 M GAMING (rev. 1.0)
CPU: intel i7-9700k
RAM: 8gb
SSD/HDD: m.2 ssd wd green
POWER SUPPLY: Cooler master watt lite 700w
Intel dual gigabit network card
Anyone with advice?
Thanks.

Hi,according to our test, tbs6304 about 2S latency. the latency maybe depend on your network environment. you can try to test in the same switch LAN.

That's exactly the way I tested. 2s is also too much. I thought this cards are low latency cards.

Is it possible to set this card in some sort of real time mode? I can't manage to lower the latency. Are closed source drivers better option for this case?

tbs6304 is hardware encode. It has nothing with the driver code even closed source drivers. It's determined by the hardware chip.
It is not less than 2S. if you want real time card, I think you need raw data output named tbs6314.
