Running TBS3102 5 Crystal Phoenix Card Reader on OSCAM on An

I have a card reader of type (TBS3102 5 Crystal Phoenix Card Reader). I want to connect it to an Android receiver, but it does not work.

I tested it on Windows on the OSCAM and used the COM3 port. It worked successfully.

What are the settings to run it on OSCAM on an Android receiver like the ICON IRON ?
