Signal/decoding problems

I have 2 dvb cards, one TBS8920 and one TBS6981. The 8920 is rock solid. Whatever I tune to, it works wonderful. The 6981 can also tune anything, BUT, I keep getting huge amount if blocks/"crap" on the screen. Ever know and then I have perfect sound and picture and then it starts messing up again. MythTV is telling me "Serious error detected in Video Ouput". I have tried a large number of kernels and TBS versions. I have a splitter to split the signal to the "3" cards (2 in one card as the 6981 is dual). I have tried to remove the splitter and I still have the same issue.

When I'm running dvbtune, I'm getting the following.

Mythtv is reporting a rock solid / stable statistics as "Signal 74%, S/N 4.8dB, BE 0, (TL) Lock".
Happy to upload a few seconds of recording it that helps.

Have tried with /etc/modprobe.d/tbs6981fe.conf
options tbsfe pne=1,1
#options tbsfe pne=0,0

pne=0,0 make it totally unwatchable.

Any suggestions?
