I am using a TBS 6209SE in my system running Ubuntu 20 Server with kernel 5.4.0-125-generic. I am trying to scan DVB-T2 with astra and w-scan but I am not able to lock on to any signal. I know that the dvb network is working properly because if I use a different TBS card (TBS 6205), it is working fine. I'm wondering if since this is an Octa Tuner card I need any extra configuration or driver settings.

The 6209SE is detected in the system, drivers look to be fine. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot further. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

All DVBT2 frequencies can not scan with 6209se ? or you send email to our support and setup the remote we will have a check with this

Already solved. She was entering other frequencies.
I got myself a regularly modern TV, there I found the correct frequencies for each channel.
