TBS 2604 4k Encoder Resolution 3840x2160 Failure

Hello team,
i've received my new TBS 2604 and connect it to the UHD receiver by HDMI...so when i try to output on UHD resolution ( 3840x2160 ) i've issue ( the resolution on OUTPUT stay always on Full HD (1920x1080 ).
My question is :
How to get the real resoltion UHD ( 3840x2160 ) on this device ? it's incredible that the encoder doesn't output the needed format.
Is there anyway to make it working fine ( correcting some arguments on Main ? )

I've done the new firmware update : 1.0.17 but doesn't affect anything the resolution Full HD still on Output.

Please fix to me this issue and hope you good luck for future projects.

Can you please be sure again that the input signal to the encoder is 4K(3840*2160)？Iis your reciver need a config of the playmode, and set it to 4k?

I've receiver UHD with OUTPUT 3840x2160 50FPS and 60FPS ( Standard mode on the World )
