This morning, I rebooted the TBS2605 and got that on screen:

Since then, even after rebooting, it is still looking this way.
What can I do?

Thanks.

Hi,
In this case, can you login webUI? and Encoder function still ok?
Noramlly, if only something wrong with LCD display, will not affect the Encoder function, becasue LCD only for display some IP, encode status, and etc.

I think probably the problem is related to the connection of the PCB board to LCD side is loose, please remove the power, open the case, and reconenct the connection cable(a 4-pin and white cable).

Thanks

The encoding is still doing fine, and the web UI too, but as I am using DHCP (I have to), it's not handy to have to guess the IP.
If I open the box, will it void the warranty?
Thanks.

Hi,
Yes, void the warranty.
Don't worry, i think the problem is the conenction cable beceoms loose, just open the case and reconnect it. Please try.
And if you don't know which IP Encoder got in DHCP mode, you can reset it. After "reset", IP will back to the default "192.168.1.217". And maybe static
IP will be better, i recommend you the "Static" way to get IP.

Thanks
