Hi,
For Encoder TBS2604(4K Encoder), need to upgdate to v1.0.19 first, we add ONVIF to support in version:
https://www.tbsiptv.com/download/tbs260 ... 1.0.19.zip
unpack the zip package first and when upload "update.tar.bz2" to upgrade.

The discovery port is "8001".

Thanks

This is resolved with the new firmware. However the onvif client failed to pull the main and 2nd encoding URLs. The most you can do is set the time and the network config (Ip settings). For example, Synology Surveillance Station discovered the devise but failed to set the encoding URL.

What about the TBS2605? Does it work with Onvif? What does it provide?
Thanks.

Hi,
Yes, TBS2605 supports ONVIF, and the ONVIF will be a newer version, it's v1.0.

TBS2604 is using a older ONVIF version, maybe this is the problem. Whast's your ONVIF usage? to NVR?
or to some software like "Milestone"?

Thanks

Thanks.
In fact, I don't know yet. I have discovered only recently what onVIF is, and see that I could benefit of its use (like semi automatic recording of the video streams onto hard disk drive, just in case something bad happens).
I don't know yet if I would use some kind of giant onVIF console, onVIF HDD recorders, onVIF screen monitoring...
But anyway, I'm almost sure that it could help me in some way.
