Can you help me go to this web interface "http://ip/ndireg.php" (ip is your current Encoder ip) and check whether "Vendor name and Vendor id" is configured or not?
It's better to show me in a picture. Dot not worry, Vendor id is private can not share to another Encoder.
And what's your working hours? can i have a remote check? when you're available you can leave message to my Skype (my ID "daowei23lily@163.com") or write to me "daowei@tbsdtv.com". Let me have a check.
