Hello,

we have few customers connected to TBS-2603 SE with the same Problem.

We set a Framerate from 50 fps, but many Videotool shows a VARIABLE Framerate as result. The result is, many Videotools make errors. As Example. TMPGENC Smart Renderer function.
This Tool required a fixed (constant) frame rate, not a variable.

Whats wrong ?

The tool indicates a correct parameter.
For the real-time encode, "frame rate mode" it is variable indeed. Frame rate is correct as you set，and 50fps.

that's correct, but we need a Constant Frame Rate, not a Variable Frame Rate.
