Repair incorrect power supply usage (19v instead of 12v)

Hi,

As a result of an incorrect operation (use of 19v power supply instead of the normal 12v), my 2603au no longer works :( .

Having some knowledge of electronic, I'm trying to repair my mistake and I think I've found the faulty component (see picture).

The problem is that I can't identify the component to be replaced. The reference number on the component (2037 UG) is unknown.

Would it be possible to know the reference or the type of the D32 component ?

Thanks
