My TV Philips 46PFL5606 has delay for AC3 synchronization about 1-2 sec

maybe it is the problem, sound and video are not synchronized.
dvb card display more serious than TV.

Not, it is not the cause of problems.
I have tried to pass sound from HTPC directly to my Pioneer audio receiver VSX-515 (which is certified under the DD standard) via optical SPDIF interface - absolutely the same behavior as on TV.
I think the video and audio stream from sat is very well synchronized ;)
Probably dvb card introduces some mistiming?

I have checked several others transponders - errors exist on all of them and quantity of errors is almost the same.

Hello Luchi and Steven,
Finally I received replacement - new 6921 tuner.
But to my great regret it works absolutely the same as previous. :(
Now I can summarize the problem:
- signal level and quality is displayed as perfect;
- changing the tuner did not resolve the problem;
- I changed LNB on my sat dish and it led to nothing;
- I tried to install 6921 in absolutely different PC (with different motherboard, processor, etc.) and got nothing;
- finally I took my HTPC (with 6921) to my friends place to check it with his sat dish (another point of installation, another LNB, another coax cable) and again I got bad results.
All these facts give me an excuse to talk about a faulty driver or global issues to 6921 hardware.

I am looking forward to yours solution of this problem! :roll:

PS: Good news - new version of TBS BS Tool with new driver pleased me. Now it works perfect and finds all active transponders from 36e sat.

Luchi, Steven,
Any answers?
Do you work on the problem?
