Diseqc 1.2 switching problem or something else?

When I switch from SD channel 19,2E to HD channel 23,5E I get with TVSource "Sorry, cannot display this channel either because there is a technical problem or no TV signal.".

If I switch between two SD channels on different satellites there is no problem. It happens only (so seems) when switched from SD to HD on different satellite.
Does this have to do with the driver of TBS 6921 that tries couple times to lock SD channel and when it cannot lock it only then try to lock HD channel. And maybe TVSource is not waiting so long....?

If I try DVBViewer it works (SD -- HD different satellites) but it takes long time, about 16 seconds. My motor turns between 19,2E to 23,5E in 2 seconds or less.

This is the message from TVSource log: "Error. CTVSProgramSource::SelectProgram. PAT scanning has timed out"

Please help, because TVSource is not helping with this problem.
