we have found it is the driver's problem ,here is the driver for tbs6921 xp x86 driver and tbs5921 xp x86,this driver not only solve this problem but also good performance at low symbolrate.
here is the driver link for 6921 x86 xp driver:http://hotfile.com/dl/116356707/91f0655/TBS6921_2.0.0.7.rar.html
here is the driver link for 5921 x86 xp driver:http://hotfile.com/dl/116357080/be5a385/tbs5921_x86-1.0.0.3.rar.html
Thanks

Good morning Steven,

I have tested the new driver performing the same steps as I outlined above.
When the diseqc switch is used the results have not changed. The diseqc switching still appears to be broken. The only difference now is that when I attempt to perform a blind scan with no diseqc switch and the setting set to "NULL", my computer will crash with the blue screen.
I have removed the driver and reinstalled version 1.0.0.2 in order to at least be able to perform scans with the switch removed from my setup.

Thanks.

I still can not switch DiseqC to Astra 19.2E even with new driver v2.0.0.7 with blindscan tool v.3.0.0.2 "fixed" under Windows XP x32 SP3. I did not check with today's version.

With TBS IP it's impossible to switch to lower frequencies with 22kHz (TBS 6921 can't lock on the specified frequency, but it shows correct signal level). Higher frequencies works OK. The same thing happens on both Windows XP and Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

One more thing - everytime I start TBS IP or blindscan tool I get a message "CBDAGraph::ConnectPins() - Could not connect pins together. Error was:". Both tools never displayed what this error was. When I click OK program starts normally. This error happens under Windows 7 Home Premium x64 but NEVER happens under Windows XP SP3 32-bit.

My configuration:

M/B: Asus P5N32-E SLI Plus
CPU: Intel Core2Duo E6750
OS: Windows 7 SP1 64-bit (sometimes Windows XP SP3 32-bit)

Long time outstanding issue. I reported it back on Jan 26, 2011
