Are you sure about the mode of this transmission?
Lyngsat might be wrong, because it is not a direct info from broadcaster, but a community-driven service. If somebody will provide an update without full details, you might end with attempts to receive feed with a wrong device.
I'm saying this, because a very similar feed seems to be available from 160.0°E (at 12,658H), but there is marked as ACM, so for that transmission modulation varies. To correctly lock such transmission a device, which supports ACM/VCM is required. And ACM/VCM is supported by very limited count of devices on the market right now.
Moreover: both DVB Dream and SmartDVB are no longer maintained for many years. DVB Dream got only a basic update for new devices in 2023, but author did not test anything (as far as I know - author got none of those devices, just added them to be recognized, without any real tests), so there's completely no guarantee that any of devices released after ~2019 will work fully correctly under DVB Dream or SmartDVB. I wouldn't be surprised e.g. if DVB Dream and/or SmartDVB won't be able to correctly select MIS, despite that both apps could do that on older devices. Selection of Multistream is not standardized across Windows and DVB Dream uses a private TBS interfaces to select a stream.
If you would like to keep using SmartDVB or DVB Dream - stick to old device & avoid USB devices (high bitrate for this transmission).
For 5930 (not lite, that "standard" 5930) new WHQL-ed drivers have been released. You can try:
