Blind scan problem

Yesterday, I scanned 15.W and I noticed it missed the EPN channels on 12739 / H / 7552.
I tried several times and each time it missed it.
Is this s know issue with either the blindscan program or the TBS6925?
This means that I can never be sure that my 6925 has found everything being transmitted that is receivable from my location.
