TBS5927 Software shutdown

this is my first post and hope in an help.
I own from a couple of months a TBS5927 unit.
I have installed the drivers for Windows and the program
TBS-IPData. I have an issue with the program.
Every time i run the program, after about 10 or 20 seconds or sometimes a bit more,
the program shuts down by it self.
Please any help to avoid the problem?
