This is DVB-H - some Multicast low-resolution IPTV for mobile devices (IP incapsulated in MPE-FEC) and often transmited via DVB-T/QPSK. Similar transponder with Russian DVB-H (Moscow) can be found @60E (11181,V,3722,DVB-S2/8PSK,2/3). I think all the dvb-s/s2 card owners follows with great interest and I am convinced that appreciates very much what makes CrazyCat.He makes possible what is hidden to be visible.An example of the many other things made to his utility,from Hotbird:
