I hope someone can answer this, is the 6925 able to tune DVB newtec modulation such as these on Atlantic Bird 3?

No, as far as I know this is a proprietary DVB mode, I don't think there is a DVB card or DVB commercial decoder that is able to receive and lock this frequency.
