First, Thank you the participation of all for frequency testing.And Special thanks to dubaisatshop and starman345.
We feedback a new frequency list according to testing.

We will continue to update the list,thank you for join our interaction.

Hotbird Mediaset transponders use unknown modulation. This not 8PSK/VCM. So - remove it from list.

12.5W 12718 use 8PSK/VCM, multistream (InputStream 33,34,35,36). 4xDVB-T muxes for Italia.
+ 31.5E 11914/H/27500 8PSK/VCM, multistream (now only one InputStream 2). Test DVB-T mux Tivuitalia, now 3xSportitalia TV-channels.

P.S. ACM and VCM - is same. But ACM more applicable for data channels with reporting signal statistic via return channel. VCM more applicable for multistreams with DVB-T muxes (FEC always constant, but used dummy PL).
