TBS 6925 diseqc 1.1 not working

Hi ! i just replaced my Hauppauge HVR 5500 with the TBS 6925 and i was disappointed because diseqc isn't working at all with this card.
I'm using a diseqc 1.1 cascade with 22 LNB's. (High Quality SPAUN SUR420F & SAR411F uncommited switch 1-6 (Port 1-4) ).

This setup worked perfectly with my hauppauge dvb card with DVB Viewer Pro. this card is connected via Loopthrough to another sattellite receiver (there also works the diseqc 1.1 uncomitted switch - so there cant be a configuration problem with my diseqc equipment) the TBS 6925 does not send diseqc 1.1 uncommitted commands.

i tested the 6925 with DVB Dream ( included with the CD) and my already and previously working DVB Viewer Pro. also crazyscan wasn't able to send right diseqc 1.1 uncommited command. all of them not working with that card.

if i set my sat receiver to the right diseqc port and then switch off im able to scan the satellite with the 6925.

i think this is a driver problem.

i installed the latest driver from your download page.

im using windows 7 64 bit.

Please tell me how to get the tbs 6925 working with disecq 1.1

hi !

just downloaded and installed dvb dream from your link. same problem now.
i played with the diseqc raw commands because dvbdream dont have 1.1 support -
example > Astra 19,2°East is on Uncommitted Switch 1 -> Port 2 (committed updated)
here the screenshots




but im not able to lock a transponder on astra. > i also tryed to repeat the raw command 2 or 3 times in a row - but also no success.

so..
here a screenshot from dvbviever pro 4.8.1.0 - it worked perfectly with Hauppauge HVR 5500 but not with TBS 6925


meanwhile i updated crazyscan to the latest version - now diseqc 1.1 is working but not with dvbdream and dvbviewer.

if this is wrong ,maybe dvbdream would send diseqc not the one you input E0 10 30 F1.

from your setting's pic,
E0 10 38 F1 is the second but your Uncommitted Switch Port is 0,
and you say that crazyscan is ok,would you mind give me crazyscan's setting's pic ?

for a diseqc cascade you need more then the simple diseqc 1.1 settings because simple disecq 1.1 means 16 choices. but with FULL diseqc 1.1 you can have 64 choices - uncoomitted 1-16 + committed (updated) port 1-4. so i have to combine uncommited switch command with committed (updated) command

for astra im my case is on uncommited switch 1, > then port 2 on the 4/1 relais.

E0 10 38 F1 is the second commited (updated) port on the 4/1 diseqc relais on the 1st uncommited switch.
dvbdream uncommited switch menu starts with 0 (0-15 in drop down list) so - 0 means my 1st uncommited switch then.

From the crazycat's setting , diseqc1.1 use 1 port ,send below command
F0 10 39 F0, but in Raw diseqc your input is F0 10 38 F1,so you can not success.
Please try again like this.
