6925 issue recognizing card unable to start graph

I picked up a 6925 card recently and have been having issues with it and tsreader.

It will work fine for a day or so then suddenly when i go to run tsreader i will receive an error "unable to start graph " or " can not lock signal". BLscan shows "can not start deice 0" but windows device manager can see the card and reports it is working.

Rebooting the machine does not help and the only way to fix it is to pull the card out of the pcie slot and push it back and boot it again, 9/10 time it will start working again.

I dont know if this is related but I scanned 18 sats last night and I have not been able to lock any 8,16 or 32psk streams and i have read here that others have been receiving these streams ok. And this morning i received " unable to run graph" on tsreader again.

Any advice would be appreciated.
