Hi, I've been using the 6925 for about 6 months with no problems, until now. It locks onto DVBs2 signals ok, but only shows 20% signal quality, signal level and SNR level is good. The channels never show in VLC or TSreader. S1 signals are fine. Someone else has indicated it is a known problem with the card, can it be fixed, or do I have to return it? (I'm in the UK).

I recently had a problem where the card would no longer find S2 channels, and had to send back the card for a replacement.
They are pretty quick to send out the replacement if one is needed.

I had to email a copy of my original purchase receipt and then had to send the original card back to them in France before they replaced my faulty card, but the process was quite quick.

Well I got a replacement back in January..... and guess what? It's gone again
How long, is the warranty on these? I got the original about 14 months ago.

They don't seem to last long.

I have different problem now, but I seem to have got it working again for the time being.

Yeah m8, i've heard several people are on their 3rd and more 6925's. Always seems to be the s2 problem.
