Advice needed please from support

My 6925 card which is a replacement for a card that lost the ability to find S2 transmissions, today whilst scanning a satellite using DVB Dream suddenly froze and I had an error and my computer crashed.
It was some sort of exception for tbs6925_64.sys.

Since then, no matter what I do, no DVB program can find the card.
I have tried uninstalling the card and all drivers.
I also uninstalled the drivers manually to make sure that they were all deleted in case one of them was corrupt.
I re-installed the drivers and the card is showing in device manager with no problems, but still no DVB program can find the card.

So, what could be the problem?
I only had this replacement just a few days before Christmas. It has been operating fine since then until today.

Yes, I have restarted my PC several times. The card is showing in 'device manager' but no DVB program can see the card.

I shall remove the card later today and reinstall and see if that does anything.

Are you able to try installing the card in another computer? If the card is not working after a clean install in another computer that would probably indicate a fault with the card rather than the software?

I never thought of that!
Very silly of me as I do have another two computers I could try that in.

Anyway, at the moment it is working again. I took the card out of my computer and then re-inserted it and so far, it is working.
Only did it a few minutes ago, so I will see how long it lasts.

I hope it now continues to work forever as I love what this card can do.
