What linux software ?:) Only today make
stv090x patch which enable specific TS FIFO Minimum latence mode and this fix Eumetcast VCM reception. Btw STV090xBAC can receive basic service of Eumetcast VCM. STV090xAAC receive both basic and high without errors (need at least snr ~10db for stable reception high service).
No need any application changes, only driver fix (but maybe this fix break reception for some DVB-S2 CCM transponders, so need more test).

Since installing the latest driver my TBS 6925 card is no longer being detected!
I am going to try uninstalling the card and reverting to the previous driver.

It should not be the driver problem, Please have a try with another PCI-E slot ,check whether your card is ok.

Heelo its not ok whit other sattelite.
On Thor 0.8w and the latest driver i have packet loss on hd channels whit my new(Second) 6925
example freq.10903 V 3/4 8psk 25000 S2 singal strengt 91% whit latest transedit. I have packet loss and Picture glitshing.
When i change tuner to my old Tevii 660 usb then the packet loss is 0 and Picture god.
Is it the driver or hardware fail?
