Defective TBS6925 replacement

How do I get a defective TBS6925 replaced?

On 08-01-2014 I purchased a TBS6925 Satellite Tuner Card. The card stopped working and I contacted TBS via their site. A person named Constantine replied and said a RMA was issued, that was on 02-15-2015. Have contacted that person 2 or 3 more times and all I get is excuses. Does anyone have a TBS contact person that can get my defective TBS6925 replaced? Any help would be appreciated, it is very frustrating to pay $250.00 for a card and have such a hassle with support.

The card still shows a Signal Level of 78, Quality of 98 for AMC-21, transponder 24. It has so many errors that TSReader has a hard time locking, DVBViewer loads but no picture and sound. Had worked fine in DVBViewer & TSReader. A Prof 7301 and a Geosat MicroHD work fine if connected to the same cable normally used by the TBS6925.

On April 22, 2015 I received a TBS6983. It apparently was a replacement for my defective TBS6925 (which has been discontinued), there was no paperwork included nor any emails. It took several weeks and several emails but in the end I now have a working product. I thank all of those involved for getting me a replacement.

The TBS6983 pictured on the TBS site shows a metal shield over the RF input circuity and shows ver. 16 (or 1.6) on the lower right. Mine does not have the shield and shows ver. 20 (or 2.0).

Once again I am a satelliter!!
