It would be really incredible if You would got two faulty DVB cards. Check Your hardware precisely, reinstall OS or something, because there are nearly 0% chances that both cards are faulty and problem lies somewhere in Your PC.

also my 6925 does not receive the frequencies S2
May I ask how much discount you received for the new card?
The 6925 are defective and they know it!
Hellen Huang, they offered $ 15 to buy the new 6903

This is ridiculous alms!!

It was 15 percent but I ended up with 2cards and gave up trying to get a refund for one of them

My friend has got one with similar problems and I got interesting findings:
1) Card with such problems sometimes working better, sometimes worse. Looks like after power off PC it randomly gets better or not, totally randomly
2) If card will start correctly - it will work correctly for whole time until next restart/power cycle
3) Higher SR (DVB-S2) = more problems
4) On Gigabyte mainboard if PCI-e compability is set to 1.0 - 6925 loads and works better (better chance to get it working)

Despite DVB-S2 locking problems CrazyScan RFScan is always OK, only locking sometimes failing or gives BER despite good C/N ratio, so something with demod, but I don't know why it is acting better with PCI-e 1.0 compability.

My friend had 6925 nearly from beginning of production from 2011, so it passed it's mission, now it's time for 6983/6903 ;)

My card would scan OK .it would only display std s2 with HD breaking up its very strange it will probably turn out to be a dodgy capacitor or the like

If you are a serious company, and you know that the 6925 are all defective, the changes even if the warranty has expired.
Or make a big discount on the new card.
do not give me only $ 15 for new card!
Just read here on the forum that many people have problems with 6925 DVB-S2
TBS is not serious company.
