TBS 8921 Pci-remote problem

I bought a TV card, model tbs 8921 dvb-s s2.
Additionally bought dvb viewer pro. I have the following problem with this program.
I can not run the pilot. There is no plugin to handle remote control DVBViewer.
Sorry for my english. I am writing from Polish.
Please help me. Thank you for any tips.

Hi mqover79

Do you have installed the TBS8921VHID ? you can use the VHID to control DVBViewer.
After you have success installed the TBS8921VHID ,you can manual config DVBViewer remote option.
