TBS 6281 Dual Terrestrial - No channels on scan

I've just bought a brand new TBS 6281 Dual Terrestrial PCI card and fitted it to a brand new media server computer running Windows 7. The card fitted snugly, installed well and appears fine on Device manager. Having installed the included software I see the card and both tuners are recognised OK.

I have now tried to scan for Freeview channels using various different pieces of software and each comes up blank. The most useful message was from Windows Media Center which implied that there was no signal from the aerial. However, the same aerial which comes into this card and carries on to both a Humax PVR and a TV both work and show excellent quality HD and normal pictures with a full range of stations.

Is there something within the settings for the card which I have missed, or is there something wrong with the card? WMC has the most user friendly settings and I have selected UK and my local area (Worcester/West Midlands) from the options...
