problem with tbs viewer and remote control

i have my USB DVB-S2 TV QBox 3 TBS5921 for more than a month.and i have some problem with it.
1)how can i add a new frequency into a transponders in tbsviewer.even i triad transedit software but no success.in the scanner menu it just scan the default frequencies and don't accept any new .
2)i have the remote problem like the others with official driver v1.0.0.4 x86 and latest x64 drivers plus that in win7 x64 the new driver is not working(no signal)???would someone tell me this is my hardware defect or just a driver problem.

thanks to you an your new driver the remote control works fine but it made the dvb a little slower ...but its good .
