kernel 2.6.38 and asrock 330ht problem

Hi im using asrock 330ht nettop , its got and built in ir remote receiver. From kernel 2.6.38 there is built in driver for this receiver, but if i compile driver for tbs 5921 and install, then original remote stop working. What i see is that, module nuvoton-cir is not loaded and can't be because of errors.

have you tested the new driver and the older driver?both not ok?

Thanks for reply. I try only newest drivers. I tried to disable all IR modules in " make menuconfig", compiled it fifteen times but it gave no results. I contacted with euro_support, they write me that you are working on new driver for kernel ≤3.0 and i should wait few weeks. So i install older ubuntu, older kernel, make working configuration and im waiting.
