Hi!
Somehow, my QBOX CI (TBS 5980) intercepts the IR code for the "Volume down" key of my Yamaha amplifier's remote, and that freezes the receiver.

Is there any way of disabling the IR port of my QBOX, so I can work around the problem (apart from sticking a piece of tape on the IR sensor, I mean... )?

please uninstall the TBS5980VHID first then install this driver which disabled the IR:

Thanks for the driver. I have followed your instructions and installed it, and the problem I had with my audio remote seems to have gone.
So, I'll keep version 1.0.2.8 of the driver.

All of a sudden this problem started reoccurring to my setup. I have driver v1.0.3.3 installed.
Any chance you can build me a driver with the support for the IR remote disabled, as you did for v1.0.2.8?
