Hello everyone

Win10 pro 64 bit insalled on my pc
I am using Dvbviewer pro 5.5.2 version on my pc and tbs 5980 1.0.3.3 driver installed on my system

After 10-15 minute usage, my card stops running. Sometimes i am closing and reopening dvb viewer again, and it contines working. Sometimes i need to unplug and replug power cable for restarting card.
How can i fix this issue?

please make sure it is used in USB2.0 port. we don't support 3.0 for now.
There is nothing different between win7 and win10 from our test, and also you can have a try the following link driver as a test.

Yes i am absolutely sure about that, it is connected to usb 2.0. Also i completely uninstalled that previous driver and installed the driver which you sent me. When i turn on the tbs 5980, i am getting blue screen error
