TBS5980 QBOX CI + POWERCAM PRO

i successfully installed TBS5980 QBOX CI on ubuntu server+oscam. then Oscam can detect qbox. i connected a powercam CAM on qbox then i am trying to read the CAM from OSCAM when i get the error :
<< (reader) Reader-1 [internal] Error getting card status >>.
i do not know if qbox can detect powercam or not?
device Detected /dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0
in /dev/dvb/ i have also ca0, dvr0, frontend0 and net0.
i do not know what to do now. please, someone can help me to solve this problem?
