Remote control problem - driver 1.0.0.5

Postby fenir » Sat Aug 13, 2011 6:43 am

Hello
I bought a tbs 6922 card but I have a problem with setting remote control in DVBViewer. The driver 1.0.0.5 of this card has not tbs6922vhid.sys file and I cant teach the remote.
TBSVHID configures the only keys on the keyboard, not a remote control.
Please help me configuring the remote control, and the best add the tbs6922vhid.sys to new driver as in the tbs 6921 card.

TBS VHID emulate keyboard via RC. So you need assign desired mapping RC keys -> keyboard keys (create specific profile for your DVBViewer keyboard control settings).

Hi bogart

Do you have installed the TBSVHID app in CD, or on our download page?
You can read the TBSVHID readme first.it will help you how to do.

Thanks

....same card....same problem....same question....paste me in with this one please.

ADDITIONALLY.....what is the TYPE of remote supplied? (NEED this to use it with MEDIAPORTAL)

Appears to be no identifying mark....not that I can see anyway!!!

bogart....can sympathise with your evident frustration!!!!!

Hi tonewheelkev

TBSVHID just like a virtual keyboard,if you can use keyboard to control one APP,Then you can use TBSVHID to control it.
And would you mind telling us that which APP you want to use remote?

Thanks

Hi Steven

I'm hoping to use the remote (as supplied with my 6922) to control my setup in MediaPortal.

It appears that I must know the type/genre of remote in order to progress.

What is the remote type please?

Thanks
