when i connect whit tsreader to any frequency my signal and quality be 0(zero) and i receive a error

" failed to lock signal"

please please help mE?

"failed to lock signal", generally, is when there aren't a singnal in the frequency, polarity and symbol rate indicated.
But, if parameters are correct and you know there are a singnal in this transponders, the problem is other...

I have 5922SE i have this problem too, i can't LOCK on every satellite at all. Some port does but other don't and sometimes it works well.
Im hoping that this is not hardware defect and can be fix on driver update.

Tested on windows7 64bit and 32bit issue still there.
