TB5922 Stopped working

I've had a TBS5922 working for the last 3 weeks. I initially got it working with scan-s2 included with the drivers and then mythtv - however a couple of days ago Mythtv stopped part way through a recording and stopped being able to tune with the TBS9522 and the logs said 'Invalid Argument'.

Now when I try scan-s2 I get:

I've tried powering off the unit and re-connecting it and also rebooting the mythtv backend it is connected to. The box appears to load OK according to dmesg.

But clearly something is going wrong. Any help would be appreciated...
