Qbox6920 TBS-IP-Tool and Windows 8

Hi Dears and Technical Experts,
I have just installed windows 8 with all necessary, latest drivers.
I have installed latest qbox 6920 windows 7 driver as there is no special 6920 driver for windows 8.
Windows 8 is somehow a "developed windows 7" so I thought Qbox 6920 card could work its win7 driver.
Testing Qbox 6920 TBS Ip Tool (latest Version), I have some problems:
when I lock, I have signals But when I set Mac address, It crashes and windows hangs, sometimes forces me to reboot windows by Ctrl+Alt+Del.
Moreover, I can't see Mac addresses and active PIDs in the IP tool.
Would you please Help me to solve this problem?

About the windows 8 driver it is on our schedule.
and about the IPTool is it ok on our win7?
would you mind have a test .

First of all, I appreciate your attempt to provide compatible drivers and tools for win 8.
I have tested Iptool with windows 7...it has crashes sometimes.
It works smoothly with windows XP, but I prefer windows 7, so I keep using it with Win7 despite of its difficulties.
