starman345 Wrote:With the new test version, and my TBS 8922 ku band blind scanning works fine, on C band, all transponders are scanned correctly if I select pol:v or pol:h, however if I select pol:ALL then only v is scanned, then the program quickly reports total number of found transponders, it seems h is not scanned when pol:ALL is selected.

Hi starman345

Thanks for your test report. :)
And would you mind have test just scan the H pol with the same input setting,to check the single scan whether is ok.
because i just have a test if select pol:ALL it can scan both H and V.

Thanks
steven

Hi steven.
C band: Individual scan V / R and H / L is functioning normally. When selecting "All" does not scan H / L polarity.
The Ku band is OK. Just switching low / high is not the 11700MHz, but somewhere to 11800MHz. It also saves the scanned frequency chaotic. Gradually but not by frequency. It would be advisable to insert information about the currently scanned frequency. The indicator is very inaccurate. Not according to him to determine how much longer to scan and what frequencies being scanned.
Thank you

Yes, when pol=H is selected then horizontal freq scan is fine, the problem is when selecting pol=ALL, only vertical is scanned, number of found transponders is reported and program stops.

Hi steven

The errors are not removed. It is the same as in the previous version. When choosing a "C" band polarization "All" it does not scan "H/L" polarisation.
Ku band: no stores found transponders according to the frequency gradually.
Switching "Band/22 k" is up at a frequency of 11900MHz. Not at 11700Mhz. Some LNB are in the lower zone of heavily suppressed frequencies above 11700MHz. This makes it impossible to search for TP over 11700MHz.
Plus errors in the display. In the attachments.

Again please.
Add display of frequency being scanned.
Thank You
best regards

No change from previous version, still won't scan H frequencies when pol: ALL. However, I"ve found if I choose LNB type = ku-circular and change lof1 to 5150 then both V & H C band frequencies are scanned correctly when pol: ALL is selected :?
