Send DiSEqC PORT does not work!

Hi
i am using DiSEqC 4 ports
before months Diseqc was working normal , i do not know which mistake cause there is no response right now
i am using win7 x64 with last ver:2.0.0.6
i tried with DVB-Dream / Creazy Scan / EBS pro / Prog Finder / DVB Dream oem>> All of these programs lead to same result
i tried plug/unplug usb as well power off but no benefit
i downgraded driver lower 2.0.0.3 and 2.0.0.4 but not affect
only port 1 works even i tried with port 2 or even 3 , it force shows signal for port 1 only
i can see command inside log !

important note: when i try with other STB i notice DiSEqC works normal, so what is the mistake!

i made very important video shows some of bugs of TBS BDA driver for TBS5925 for Diseqc and unplug/plug both USB and power cable ver:2.0.0.6

- i showed that TBS driver has many bugs with DVB Dream / smart DVB / ESP-pro with diseqc mode, but works pretty better with crazyscan
- streamreader device works better with diseqc mode than TBS BDA driver which need for improvement (tested with DVB Dream / smart DVB)
- crazyBDA driver works better than TBS BDA driver with DVB Dream / smart DVB but worst with crazyscan!!
- TBS BDA driver for more times need to unplug usb cable to make device work , and other time must unplug power cable!!
- when choose StreamReader as device instead of BDA inside DVB-Dream , i noticed the LOCK led indicator does not work at all
