TBS 5925 doesn' work

I've Problems with my new TBS 5925.

I can't looking tv with the box on my Laptop.
I send the box back to TBS Germany, but they said the box is all right.

The Problem is, i cannot find any channels.
Only the Software "prog finder" gives me a sign.

When i locked with "prog finder" Astra 28 east, there is a green LED light on the box.
The screen on the laptop shows me for a verry verry short time "Signal locked".
Quality an Signal power was also shown.
Than the laptop-screen changed to "Signal blocked" (Signal: gesperrt).
Quality an Signal power are available.
I think the "Signal blocked" gives me the Problem, but how can I solve this?

I installed the software (also the TBS-Software from DVD, with the newest driver) on two differend Laptops.
Toshiba 6000 with Windows_XP and Asus with Windows_8.
Both installed Software gives me the same problem.

Can everybody help?
