TBS2685 Windows 2008R2 BDA driver instalation

I am sure this is an easy one. I am installing TBS2685 Quad card on to Windows 2008 R2 server. I have installed the drivers and the BDA2008 patch file.
The hardware is recognized by the system and after installing the driver ok. I am using the 64bit driver.
However when installing the BDA patch file is come up with an error that WMDRMSDK.DLL is missing.
Have I missed a step or could someone point me in the right direction. I work remotely to the server so I am nervous of creating a BSOD on the box . So would rather know the correct steps.
