No signal on tuner B (Solved)

As noted before, it appears there is no separate section for TBS 6991 which I have just bought.

For the TBS 6991: I have connected one lnb to tuner A and another lnb to tuner B. Windows Media Center says "No TV Signal Present" on Tuner B while Tuner A works fine. I have the same problem with DVB Dream and TBSViewer.

The lnb on tuner B is properly connected (I receive the satellite signal if I connect it to Tuner A).

Anything I must change to the setup - or does this indicate tuner B on the card is faulty?

When you are free,Can we connect to your PC to have a remote check?
if it is ok,You can send your detail message to our support@tbsdtv.com
Like Remote IP and password, or TeamViewer ID and Password,both is ok.

This problem can be solved by update driver to V1.0.0.4
