Ci problem with Mediaportal

Hi

I have trouble getting a tbs6991 to decode scrambeled channels in mediaportal.
The tv card Works fine on free to air channels with both tuners, but when it comes to scrambeled / encrypted channels it does not work.
I have 2 x cam and programcard from my tv provider (Canal digital norway)

Does annyone know how to make this work?
