Dvblast unable to query frontend

Hi guys
I have a problem I have on a server 3 tuners, including a tbs6991
I install the driver after installation sees tuners but can not be used dvblast

I moved to another server where he installed lafel just do.

Problem for sure is you try to run a "dvblast" compiled with 5.10 DVB api ( Linux 4.0 ) but driver are not !
