After install the virtual driver, please have a restart of your PC.

Second:
Use special TBSCITOOL to set the symbol rate for Windows Media Center.

Another choose is to have a try with virtual DVB-S driver:
http://www.tbsdtv.com/download/document/tbs6618/tbs6618_virtualdvbs_release_v1.0.0.2.zip

In this package has a HowTo.txt you can have a read, here is the detail information:
How To use Virtual DVB-S driver for DVB C cards ??

After you installed this Virtual DVB-S driver,Windows Media Center will take TBS6680 as a DVB-S device.
So you need to manual scan these transponder.
if your DVB-C provider parameters.
SymbolRate 6875 ks/s
Transponders:
1. 266 Mhz QAM256
2. 274 Mhz QAM256
3. 282 Mhz QAM256
4. 290 Mhz QAM256
5. 298 Mhz QAM256
6. 306 Mhz QAM64
....... (step 8Mhz)
25. 458 Mhz QAM64
Then:
set the freq value which is added 3000MHz.

For example, if the wanted frequency is 474MHz,
the value should be 3474MHz(Which looks like the satellite frequency).
You can set the symblo Rate to 6875.

Press scan then MCE will get the 474 ,6875 transponder channel list.

Scan channels in WMC

I have installed the TBS6618 DVB-C TV Tuner CI PCIe Card, but when I scan the channels I only find 43 channels of 144. I don’t have the option : Tasks->Settings->TV->Guide select Add Missing Channels in WMC, so how to find the rest of the channels ?
