please have a test with this beta driver which have fixed the signal and quality problem,

- DVB-T now show correct level and quality

- DVB-C now show level 100% quality 0%
tested in WinXP 32b

For the DVBC problem,

now too DVB-C show ok

PS: maybe create driver for dual status DVB-T+DVB-C , must still reinstall driver if i`am change switch mode

next bug: wrong Data rate

broadcaster specification 19.91

right status 19.90 on old card

wrong status 35.38 on new card

Do you see that NULL packet PID 8191,after subtract this,it is ok.
