Problem with TBS5881 and DVBLink from DVBLogic

I can't get my new TBS5881 cards to tune with DVBLink TVSource.
-Win7 64 bit
-DVBLink Server 5.1.0 11207
-DVBLink TVSource 5.1.0 11240
-TBS5881 driver 1.0.0.1
I'm using the transponder list for "Sweden Malmo/Jagersro", but have tried several others.
DVBLink finds the tuner card, but can't tune to any DVB-T or T2 transponder.
I've tried to recruit help on DVBLogic's forum, but my problem isn't resolved.
Any help is appreciated.
